The Excel VDFS/WFCAM work packages were presented (laid out on the floor)
and comments asked for.

Simon urged us to use this document to plan our work. There was no point
generating documentation that wasn't going to be used.

Actions

DWE put notes of meetings onto /home/wfcam/public_html/docs/minutes
    asap after meeting.

All Go over VDFS/WFCAM work package spreadsheet and provide comments

STH Place iterated VDFS/WFCAM work packages in wfcam/internal, Excel and
    PS versions

All Provide a list of tasks carried out over the last quarter (JFM)

All Generate list of deliverables for the next quarter (AMJ) by tomorrow
