VST Pickup
vstpickup is a routine that removes pickup noise from individual VST images. The image must have already been pipeline processed before using this application and all 32 extensions must be present.
SYNOPSIS
vstpickup input_file
ARGUMENTS
- infile
- Input FITS file with the VST observation
OPTIONS
The following options are supported. Default values are specified after the equal sign.
- --(no)checkonly (no)
- If set then no correction is actually done. The routine will check the input image and a message will appear to say how many rows have been affected.
- --flat=""
- The flat field image that was used in the processing of this image. Better results are obtained if this is available. It must also have all 32 extensions present.
