Welcome to the WEAVE Operational Repository at CASU

From this platform you will be able to search and download raw, L1-processed and L2-analysed data. Only the very latest versions of processed data are provided at the OR.

Data are in multi-extension FITS files which contain both images with spectral data and tables with meta-data and derived information about each object. Processing information will all be written to the relevant FITS header. The database allows users to search for processed data in two forms:

• By WEAVE field, including all fibres within that field. This is a FITS file with several image extensions and some table extensions. Each row in the image represents a spectrum taken in a particular OB. This may be a single exposure or it might be a summed (stacked) spectrum.
• By target, via a 'superstack'. This is a FITS file containing the deepest/latest L1 processing and L2 analysis of one particular target.

Please note that access to this repository is limited to certain members of the WEAVE consortium and to Open Time PIs. In order to download data you need a username and password. If you don't have one please contact your survey PI/STL.
