Acknowledging IPHAS

The primary publication describing the survey itself is Drew et al. (2005). The world-wide means of access to the Initial Data Release is described by Gonzalez-Solares et al. (2008). Where the survey itself is referred to in publications, Drew et al. (2005) is the correct paper to cite.  On referring to the retrieval of IPHAS data via the IDR, Gonzalez-Solares et al. 2008 is the appropriate citation.
